Guide on taking winter session classes in 2019
■ Target students : Current students or leave of absence for the second semester of 2019
※ In the case of students who are in leave of the school for a moment...
- Even though you complete the credits for graduation by earning session during vacation, you need to return and register for more than one semester to graduate.
- The summer(or winter) session application for students who are taking leave is limited to 2 times during the period of enrollment.
■ Possible credits to take : Up to 6 credits (ISS/WISE, 6 credits per session during vacation including exchange of credits from other universities, and 9 credits per grade/school year)
■ Tuition fees : 91,000 won(per 1 credit)
※ When paying the tuition fee, check the virtual account and fill in your account for refund. Use the
[Account(Storage/Refunds) for session class during vacation] menu of GLS.

■ A matter of note!
⓵ If you want to apply for refund during the period of refund application, you can delete the course registration and the refund process can be automatically carried out from the course registration site or the mobile app for that only.
※ If you do not fill in the refund account, you cannot delete(that is, refund) courses that have paid the tuition fees (if you want to apply for a refund, it requires pre-write the entry before the refund period).
⓶ If the number of students who paid the class fees within the due date for payment of tuition (as of November 29 (Fri) 17:00) does not meet the standard number of students, the class will be closed.
(In the case of liberal arts courses, classes with less than 19 students are closed and major courses differ by department.)
⓷ Students who receive tuition reduction will be required to check that they have been 'exempted' from GLS after enrolling.
⓸ Since the course registration for students who have received tuition reduction benefits will be confirmed without paying tuition fees, students who wish to withdraw from the course must cancel during the refund period.
⓹ If you have any questions about the class size and capacity increase, please contact the each department’s office (major) or the college university administration (liberal arts).
(※ In case of session classes during vacation, application for capacity increase through GLS is impossible.)
